What’s included in each package?

  • Regular 1 hour sessions to allow consistent and structured progress. For the best results consistency is key!
     

  • Use of cutting edge technology such as Boditrak, Superspeed Golf and Stick Mobility to increase performance and maximise benefit from sessions.
     

  • Free use of the JG Golf Fitness App that is filled with over 100 instructional exercise videos and routines. See App page for more details!
     

  • An individualised workout programme based around your goals, needs and schedule. This programme is dynamic and changes as you progress!
     

  • Free use of ProCoach nutrition software from world leading Precision Nutrition to help with your nutritional goals.
     

  • New recipe book emailed to you each month full of delicious and healthy recipes as well as guides on some of the most well known eating establishments for when you’re out and about!
     

  • Access to website videos, including easy to follow at home mobility and movement exercises to get you moving and feeling better.
     

  • Full collaboration with golf coach to ensure that everyone is on the same page to help you get better.
     

  • Information and guidance on lifestyle factors such as hydration, sleep, stress and activity levels. These smaller factors can have a huge impact on overall health and performance
     

  • Fitness support and advice 7 days a week. These memberships are way more than just the sessions, they are the complete coaching experience!

    * Please note that all payments for packages are due on the first of each month by BACS transfer. If any sessions are missed during a month (due to illness, holiday etc) then the sessions can be made up for at another time. The memberships can be cancelled at any time.

 

Talks

 

Talks and presentations for golf clubs, coaches and county squads are also available. This is an excellent way to introduce players to the concepts of fitness for golf, answer any questions or concerns people have and provide the opportunity to experience some small practical movements as well.
