Introductory package: £115
The introductory offer includes a 1-hour assessment and a 1-hour follow up session. You have the option to do one long 2-hour session or two separate 1-hour sessions whichever is most convenient.
This is the first step on your golf fitness journey. Here you will find out exactly how your body is affecting your golf game, and where you need to improve. The initial assessment includes tests on your mobility, stability and movement patterns, as well as your strength and power potential!
The 1-hour assessment includes:
Tests on your mobility and movement
Grip strength test
Isometric mid-thigh pull test
Counter movement jump force test
Med ball force test
Swing speed test
In the follow up session, we will focus on the areas you need to improve and start going over some exercises to help. This will be tailored to your goals, experience, time, and kit availability. You will also receive workouts with instructional videos for you to work on and progress with.
Memberships: what’s next?
There are three membership options for you to choose from to start improving all aspects of your golf performance, health and fitness.
All memberships are to be paid by standing order on the first of each month, with a minimum 3 month course.
